Do you like having a negative mindset? Are you happy to let your thoughts hold you back? Are you fearful of making a mistake? Do you like feeling scared? Do you believe you are not worthy? Are not good enough?

  • Start your day strong, in a positive state.
  • Create a morning ritual that reinforces how wonderful your life is, how happy you are to be alive.
  • Recite a gratitude mantra, listen to some uplifting, energetic music, or read something positive.

HOW DO YOU FEEL?

Are you happy to stay stuck? To not move forwards? Stay unfulfilled? Feel like you can’t be successful? Can’t achieve?

TIP…

  • Start your day strong, in a positive state.
  • To silence the mind, the inner chatter, stay present in the moment.
  • Not in the past and not in the future. Be in the NOW.
  • The moment you step into the future or the past with your thoughts, is the moment the stress, sadness, anxiety, unhappiness kicks in.
  • Take a deep breath. It’s your closest source of connection to staying in the present  which is why meditation is so key to rest that monkey chatter.

HOW DO YOU FEEL?

Are you happy not loving yourself? Not liking what you see in the mirror? Unhappy with who you are, what you have? Constantly comparing yourself to others? Feeling unworthy? Unappreciated? Feeling alone?

TIP…

  • Learn to forgive yourself for your mistakes.
  • Know its ok to let go of the past.
  • STOP churning these  thoughts over in your mind like a film reel.
  • STOP focusing on the negatives.
  • Instead, pull out the positives, there are many, say thank you and look to the future.

HOW DO YOU FEEL?

Are you happy to be in constant state of overload? Feeling like you are in a fog? Feeling challenged? Stressed? Out of control? Useless? Unable to cope?

TIP…

Try the one day rule. Say to yourself…. With every task you set yourself, say to yourself you only have one day to sort out your mountain of work. It may seem overwhelming, if not impossible.

Adopt the attitude.

If you can’t do, ditch it.

Hand it over to someone else or chunk it down into manageable tasks.

HOW DO YOU FEEL?

Do you hate your bodyshape? Do you look at yourself and think you are ugly? Do your clothes make you feel old? Do you feel invisible? Dreary and grey?

  • Change the way you dress.
  • Dress for your body.
  • Embrace its features and strengths.
  • We all have parts of our bodies we don’t love so just work on the ones you do.
  • If you love your hair, put flowers in it, curl it, straighten it, change the cut, colour..
  • Be adventurous!

HOW DO YOU FEEL?

Do you like to live in fear? Feel constantly anxious? Worried? Imagining the worst case scenario? Not believing in yourself? Frightened to take the next move in case you do something wrong?  Say the wrong thing? Behave the wrong way? Displease someone? Upset someone?

TIP…

  • When you feel worried you become anxious and breathe faster, often increasing the state of anxiety.
  • By practising deep breathing exercises, you can calm your mind and quieten negative thoughts.
  • Try deep breathing.
  • Or breathing out several times in short bursts. 5 times.
  • Use your hands, rotate them to blow the breaths away.

HOW DO YOU FEEL?

Do you like to put yourself last? To let others take priority? Walk over you? Stress you? Give you no time for yourself? To relax? Reflect? Have fun?

TIP…

  • Don’t let people walk over you, take advantage of you.
  • Be careful who you open your door of friendship to.
  • Recognise who matters and who doesn’t.

HOW DO YOU FEEL?

Do you like to think negatively? Think the worst? Never see the good in others? Be judgmental? Critical? Always looking to see fault?

TIP…

  • Counteract each negative thought with a positive one.
  • For example, if you arrive at a meeting early and are wishing you had stayed in bed longer, got more sleep reframe it to how fantastic that have arrived in plenty of time, unflustered and in full control.

HOW DO YOU FEEL?

Do you like to feel stuck? Frightened? Like a rabbit in headlights? Out of control? Unsafe? Scared? Like you have no choice?

TIP…

  • Face your Fear.
  • It’s never as bad as you think.
  • Embrace it and imagine how wonderful you will feel once you have overcome it.

HOW DO YOU FEEL?

Do you like your words to hurt others? To make them feel unhappy? Your body posture to make them feel uncomfortable? Your actions to make them feel unworthy? Useless?

TIP…

  • Listen more.
  • Use loads of positive descriptive words that make others feel good about themselves.
  • Raise the energy with your words. ie your dress is fantastically bright. Your car is smashingly cool..
  • Use every opportunity to communicate positively.
  • Say thank you at every opportunity.
  • Show you value others.
